Haig A. Himidian is a skilled trial attorney representing clients in personal injury law in various practice areas, including car crashes, bicycle accidents, workplace injuries, construction site accidents, and premises liability.
In 2013, Haig graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, after making the Dean’s List in the third year of law school. Himidian was at the top of the class in Trial Skills at law school and participated in the Moot Court competition as a quarter-finalist.
Early in his career, Haig worked as an associate with Gerald Bekkerman serving clients needing legal representation against insurance companies in personal injury cases.
Himidian spent his early years in Los Angeles, California, and graduated from California State University – Northridge in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Haig is an active member of the Armenian Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and was a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
Haig Himidian is well respected for listening to his clients, discussing their rights, and answering their questions with pertinent, detailed information on how to proceed with their legal claims. In addition, he talks directly with the other side’s insurance adjusters, providing evidence on how your claim’s value was determined to pursue the best financial compensation available.
He often investigates the case to gather more evidence that can move the claim forward and uses the evidence to build an effective strategy for a successful outcome. Haig fights aggressively on behalf of his clients to ensure that the defendant’s insurance company makes a good faith offer before the negotiation process begins.
Himidian accepts all personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning that he does not collect a fee for legal services until he obtains compensation on his client’s behalf.
