Although Ted could swim to shore, Mary Jo died inside the vehicle from the alcohol-related accident. After fleeing the scene, Kennedy waited nearly half a day before calling the police to report what happened. He pled guilty to leaving the accident scene.
Michelle Rodriguez
In 2003, law enforcement arrested and charged Michelle with driving under the influence of alcohol and a hit-and-run. Rodriguez spent 48 hours in jail and was sentenced to performing community service and a morgue in New York City, undergoing 90 days of alcohol treatment and receiving probation for three years.
Two years later, law enforcement caught Michelle drunk driving in Hawaii while filming the popular ABC series Lost. However, because of overcrowded conditions at the prison, she spent less than one day in incarceration.

In 2011, law enforcement in West Hollywood arrested Christina for public intoxication and her boyfriend for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Justin Bieber
In 2014, law enforcement arrested and charged Justin for driving under the influence while drag racing in Miami, Florida.
Investigators found that Justin was not only drunk behind the wheel but had just smoked weed and taken Xanax, an antianxiety medication. This was not Bieber’s first arrest for DUI, nor would it be the last.
Keith Moon
Famous drummer Keith Moon for the band Who struck a pedestrian, his friend Neil Boland, in January 1970 after leaving a pub. He said he did not see his friend standing in the road.
Law enforcement arrested and charged Moon for the death of his friend, driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving without insurance or license, leading to a fatal alcohol-related accident.
William S Burroughs
In 1951, Burroughs shot and killed his wife after spending the evening drinking alcohol. William claims that the two were playing a game where he pointed a gun at his wife to shoot an Apple off her head. Law enforcement did not charge William with murder.
Vince Neil
In 1984, the lead singer for Motley Cru, Vince Neil, caused an alcohol-related accident that claimed the life of his friend Nicholas Dangles. Law enforcement charged events with driving under the influence of alcohol and vehicular manslaughter. Neil served twenty days in jail after pleading guilty.
Lane Garrison
In 2007, law enforcement charged a claim with vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence after tests revealed he had a blood alcohol level of 0.15%, nearly twice the legal limit. The judge sentenced Garrison to three years in prison but was released in 2009 to an alcohol and an alcohol and drug rehabilitation course.
Fatty Arbuckle
In 1951, law enforcement arrested Roscoe (Fatty) Arbuckle with manslaughter involving Virginia Rappe after she was found with severe injuries after she drank alcohol that likely caused chronic cystitis to become agitated.

In 2012, law enforcement officers arrested Amanda and charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol after she collided with a police car. The state suspended her license until 2014, when she was arrested again for DUI.
